About me
Garrett is the Director of Programs and Support Services at South Cook ISC. He uses best practices to consult, implement, and provide professional learning support to enhance social and emotional learning. In addition, he is using the adult and student social and emotional learning competencies to improve a school’s climate and culture. Garrett has consulted schools on a variety of topics including trauma informed lens, differentiation, engaged learning, Illinois Social Science Standards, improving levels of questioning, assessing learning using technology, and systems of balanced assessments. As a previous Curriculum and Instructional Coach, he supports teachers and schools with instructional strategies to improve teacher and student achievement.
