Leading with HOPE is an intentional practice of self reflection and self awareness for personal and professional growth. This session will provide the Lead with HOPE Framework as a tool for building self efficacy. In this session, participants will be provided with the HOPE framework and other tools to overcome trauma and lead with HOPE!
