About me
As the Director of Healing-Centered Supports, Adam is charged with developing and implementing cohesive strategy for scaling and deepening the implementation of Chicago Public Schools' Healing-Centered Project and aligned initiative strategies. This includes implementing a cohesive district-wide SEL and behavioral health strategy across CPS schools in partnership with other departments, partner organizations, and city agencies focused on trauma-engaged practices. As part of the Office of Social & Emotional Learning, he works closely with other district leaders, directors, managers, and teams to translate the CPS Healing-Centered Framework and aligned initiatives, research-based strategies, resources, tools, and best practices into sustained and robust trauma-engaged implementation in schools. Adam is a National Board Certified Counselor and has a School Principal Endorsement.
