About me
Dr. Kelly is currently a Superintendent, author, speaker, coach and consultant. Her book, titled 'Lead with HOPE' will be coming soon! She has been in education for over 20 years and has earned the NAESP Distinguished Elementary School Principal Award and Middle School Principal of the Year Award. Dr. Kelly's career began as a school social worker and evolved into school leadership. She has her licensure in clinical social work and is a Maxwell Certified Coach! In her work, Dr. Kelly focuses on building climate and culture by developing leaders!
